Although TsuBot 2 was originally designed in the trenches of the Forex Market, we knew that the principles of Price Volume and Momentum (PVM) are universal so it should work in all markets.

What Tsubot 1 was famous for was giving the trader the few high percentage trades that occur each and every trading day. However, what if the market moved 10 points and you already exited on a high percentage 2 point TsuBot 1 trade?

1. Maintain a high percentage of winners while at the same time...
2. Maximally reduce risk by only requiring you to trade 1 lot on each trade and...

I am now long the whole meat complex from Bellies to all the cattle. I found
that your long-term signal based on daily charts are just diabolical and I
doing very well using them so far; only a few small losers I can well live
with.

Hope to get down to day-trading once the jetlag from the trip from Australia
back to Germany has fully worn off, and then I will be in the room more
often as well.

Hi John,

Now I have had your system for about a week and I noticed both Larry from mid-USA and Sue from DownUnder trade in the middle of their nights. Since I find that a bit difficult I tried to trade during the day here in Australia and, lo and behold, it seems to work just fine as the attached trades show.

I traded the ES in the afternoon and picked up about 5 full points and today I traded three Forex pairs from 9:30am till 11am when the wife wanted to go shopping and picked up lote of pips in less than 90 minutes of trading. I have never traded Forex before, so do not know how much I actually made, but it seem to be enough to cover the shopping and then some.

My hope is that this continues as I still am learning to use TradeStation at the same time; I had used it over a decade ago, but not again until I came across your wonderful TsuBots, those great busy-bees in the markets.

Hi John,

This first day got much better then my wildest dreams; due to the jetlag I woke up in the middle of the night and went back to TsuBot and caught 6 ES points and two NQ points as the attached charts show; I am still learning the TS platform, so do not dare to put on multiple contacts yet, but am pleased with all the profits in the middle of the Australian night.

Slept like a baby afterwards!

We already had a statistically intelligent and profitable set of 3 profit targets in the current system, with defined Profit targets 1,2 and 3, but decided we can do even better and added a new Profit Target 4. Profit Target 4 will usually paint before our trailing stop will get us out.

Consider the possibility of this morning's Sell in the emini ES.

We sold the ES at 937.75 at 10:03 am est and exited in 2 minutes and booked +2 clean points. That was essentially just Profit Target 1. After that Profit Targets 2 and 3 were hit. At 10:22, Profit Target 4 painted @930.00. We believe that is an opportunity to tighten your stops above the last swing high. Eventually you were able to exit your trade at much lower levels before you were signaled on your next trade which was a nice winning long.

Daytrading the ES with TsuBot Breaks the Usual Conventions

We understand there are other ways to skin a cat. Other systems trade multiple time frames, and others will use conventional charting patterns to determine the overall trend. We know of at least one major software vendor that teaches you should only take a sell when you have a lower high and a lower low first. Please remember statistics tell us that 90% of day traders lose, and if you are trading like everyone else, you will probably have the same results as everybody else. Welcome to the 21st century. We trade Price Volume and Momentum on one time frame and don't bother with charting patterns, candlesticks, Fibonacci, Gann, etc etc etc. Today we took a nice E-mini ES sell in a "screaming uptrend", and achieved our daily trading goal in short order. No lower high and lower low here. Just a nice winning trade.

Many traders and gurus, say they don't trade on holidays or preholidays, on or before big announcement days, before 10 am, during lunch, after 3:30 pm, etc etc etc. Others say they won't take a trade unless their yearly, monthly, weekly, daily, 60 minute, and 15 minute charts all agree. Some require multiple subgraph indicators to agree. Some require the Dow, Nasdaq, YM, Gold and Oil markets to agree before taking a trade. Some insist they are at an Elliot Wave 5 bottom or top, and will always be looking for the top or bottom. Makes you wonder when they can ever possibly trade. How they can ever possibly expect to make a living at trading?

We trade one chart and one time frame.

We have no subgraph indicators.

We trade on holidays, preholidays, before , after, and on Fed days, premarket, postmarket, before 10:00 am and after 3:30 pm.

We don't care what other possibly related markets are doing.

We trade solely based on Price Volume and Momentum of the market we are trading, 100% mechanically. We feel all you need to know to be able to take a trade should be able to be evaluated with this all inclusive trading algorithm.

TsuBot Buys AAPL As Predicted on Nov 27, 2008

We hate to say we told you so, but we did! We posted a chart and commentary on November 27, 2008 on the technical picture for AAPL computer. After calling 5 of 5 winning trades in 2008, TsuBot just called a 6th winner! (6/6= 100% win ratio in 2008).

We posted on November 27th that AAPL may be nearing a buy. We made that 100% objective, 100% mechanical assessment based on the blue colored lower PVM number ( highlighted with the ellipse in the lower right hand corner of the chart). That was a bullish sign, all we needed was trade entry confirmation. That confirmation occurred on Dec 3rd with an entry at 95.90 and today AAPL hit the first profit target at 101.74, for a nice $5.84 gain!

TsuBot for Multicharts - Daytrading The Forex 100 Point Chart!

Many often cannot believe that our software can work in so many different markets and time frames. They have been perhaps conditioned by the many other systems out there that "works really well in the 30 min ES, between the hours of 945- 10:15 in October and January, using a 7 point stop and one point target". In other words, they have been exposed to highly optimized usually losing systems that only work on backtested data of the past. Unfortunately, we have to trade in the present and not the past.

Our software was designed from the ground up based on the 3 basic tenets that move all markets, Price Volume and Momentum. No specific market or time frame was used in its design. Our software has never been optimized. Hence we find ourselves with a robust trading product applicable to any market and any time frame!

As you may know, LarryK our profesional Forex moderator and trader, is partial to the 5 minute GBPUSD. Well if our theory is correct, another time frame should work just as well! We recently made available our software in Multicharts. TsuBot Trading to just +20 pips/contract a day - 3 month hypothetical Performance Results

What might be the results you ask if you didn't want to take every single trade signaled by TsuBot? What if you just traded until you made +20 pips per contract and then quit for the day?

Good question! We did a hypothetical performance review:

Over the last 3 months, starting at 3 am est and only trading until you reached a 2o pip per contract daily trading goal in the 5 minute GBPUSD resulted in 157 trades with a 75% win ratio(slide2). Using the Forex Daily Trading Plan that Larry teaches our members (slide 1), the projected results of trading 2 full lots for the first 2 months, and 4 full lots in month 3 indicates $8,400 in profits for the first 2 months, and $16,800 in the third month. That is a total for 3 months of trading a few trades a day, $33,800. Again the daily profit goal to acheive this is just 20 pips per contract.

Slide 2 shows the actual performance of TsuBot over the last 3 months. Setting the average number of minilots to 26.7 (the same approximately as trading 2 full lots in the first 2 months and 4 full lots in the 3rd month as depicted in the Trade Plan), the actual performance of TsuBot over the last 3 months , including subtracting 5 full pips on every trade for the dealer spread, would have netted you a profit of $40,851, a full $7000 more than projected by the Trade Plan!

Make just 20 pips per contract each and every day and stop! Over the last 3 months following this plan, TsuBot would have made you $40,851. What more can you ask for guys?

We were inspired by Larry K's demonstration of the amazing performance in the 5 min GBPUSD Spot Forex using a scale out method of taking profit. We decided to try it today, instead of just trying to go all in all out at one profit target, as has been our preference. We decided to trade the EC 144 tic with 2 contracts today and exit one at PT1 and exit the second at PT2.

We remind you Larry showed yesterday that using this 2 contract scale out strategy for 3 full months in the GBPUSD 5 min chart (entire London session) 100% mechanically- resulted in 73% winners and a net profit of $44,055 trading 2 full lots or 20 minilots!

We went short at 7:52 am est and got to PT 1, exiting the reminder at the trailing stop.
We went long at 9:12 am est and nailed both PT 1 and PT 2.
We decided we had made enough for 2 contracts today (+$587.50 =+47 tics = +23.5 tics per contract) and quit a winner! Have a great trading day!

He has come up with some incredible hypothetical performance statistics on TsuBot which he shared in today's session. After presenting a reasonable and acheivable trade plan of the results of just gaining 20 pips on average every day, he showed the actual hypothetical performance of TsuBot over the last 3 months in the spot GBPUSD 5 min chart.

Trading 2 minilots, and taking every trade the system signaled 100% mechanically in the London Session ( 3 am - 12 noon est), there were for the last 3 months 277 trades, 73% of which reached at least the first Profit Target which was on average about 20 pips. There was a 55% chance of reaching the 2nd Profit Target which was on average about 40 pips in size. According to the Trade Plan, the total dollar gain of making just 20 pips a day trading first 2 full lots in month 1 and 2, and 4 full lots in month 3, was a total of $33,600 in profits. Slide 3 shows the actual performance of trading that size ( 20 minilots = 2 full lots as in the Trade plan (slide 1) for the entire 3 months. Real performance gains of $44,055!!! Please note Larry very fairly took into account and subtracted a full 5 pip spread into these results, so he feels that these numbers while hypothetical, should be very close to realistic performance and is indeed very exciting perfomance over 3 full months!

We call "position-scalping" a market going for a reasonable profit goal but once reaching that goal, grabbing the money while we can. We did that today on the 144 tic Eurocurrency futures. Our goal was two 12 tic winning trades and we reached our daily profit target in short order. The first trade was taken at 8:33 am est and the second at 8:59 am est.
